About Paul Walsh

 

Paul Walsh has been involved in broadcasting, in various capacities, for over 40 years. As a 'hands on broadcaster, Paul writes, produces and edits all his own material and sends it around the country ......across the world!

As well as being a (former) active participant in a range of different sports (including 4 marathons....one being London!), Paul's passion is now 'talking sport', which he does most effectively at a number of the world's premier sporting events.

Paul's reports are accurate, incisive and entertaining, bringing the listener closer to the action! Whether as a standalone news report or an interactive report with your on air talent, Paul is always keen to 'tell it like it is!'

Paul also writes scripts and copy for a number of local and overseas outlets. His accurate, creative use of words (thanks to his years in education!) means that Paul's imaginative, resourceful writing talents are also in demand. In addition, Paul conducts his "Radioactive Workshops' for teachers and students, where he introduces activities to enhance the students awareness of the medium of Radio!
